Luca Leone, the founder and head coach of Luca Leone Goalkeeping, has been passionate and dedicated to developing goalkeepers for over 10 years. He brings a wealth of experience to the program, having previously coached at the Montreal impact / CF Montreal as head of goalkeeping for the academy for 6 years and with the U17 Canadian men's National Team for 2 years.
Before transitioning to coaching, Luca had a 10-year playing career across Italy, England, Argentina, Paraguay, Chile and Canada. This extensive playing experience has provided him with deep knowledge of the goalkeeper position and the game itself, which he now shares with his goalkeepers.
Luca holds multiple European Goalkeeping licenses, the Canadian youth Goalkeeping license, Physical Preparation license for goalkeepers, as well as, ISSPF pro certificate in goalkeeper coaching science. He is committed to continuing his education and growth to provide the best possible training for his goalkeepers.
His track record includes successfully guiding goalkeepers to scholarships and semi - pro / professional contracts with clubs.
